In 2004, the Boys & Girls Club in Craig opened it doors for the first time.

Initially housed within a school, the Club quickly found its permanent

home as the community recognized the need for a dedicated space.

While the location has changed, the mission has remained the same:

to enable all young people, especially those who need us most,

to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.

Over the past 20 years, the Boys & Girls Club has expanded into

Steamboat, opening another Club and in total has served more than

7,500 youth between the ages of 6 and 18.  This incredible impact is

only possible through the unwavering support of our community.

As the saying goes, “It takes a village to raise a successful child,”

and at the Clubs, we like to say, “It takes a village to raise

a Boys & Girls Club.”
