South Routt After School Registration

We are asking all South Routt parents to let us know which days to expect your child at the Club.  This helps us with transportation from South Routt Elementary School to Soroco Middle School, where the Club is located.

This form is for after school only.  For Fridays, when school is not in session, you must register through the parent portal.  The Club is open 7:30AM - 6:00PM.  Fridays are $15.00/day with a Club membership.  Scholarships are available for those who qualify.  Please contact us for more information.
